Tina Herndon began her professional career as an Assistant Manager of Kmart in Cincinnati, Ohio. She later managed several Sam’s Club throughout the Eastern states. She is currently a part of the management team at Blue Cross Blue Shield, IL. Her educational background includes a Bachelor of Science from University of Dayton in Dayton, Ohio as well as the completion of Management Effectiveness Series (MES), and Diverse Leadership Perspectives (DLP).
Tina is an active member at Sign of The Dove Church, Waukegan where she is serves on the leadership team for the Women’s Ministry. She also works with the outreach and hospitality teams. Tina serves on the Board of Directors for the She Shall Come Forth Ministries and Praying Single Mothers.
